Welcome to Youth Fellowship Online
May  2008

Welcome to our webpage. Undoubtedly young people are all looking for love. It is true it is often sought in the wrong way and in the wrong place, but the human soul thrives when it experiences the embrace of acceptance and love. In God, we find that love to be unconditional and experiential: God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us (Rom. 5:5). However the Holy Spirit is also the Spirit of Truth: when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all truth (John 16:13). The soul of man is today 'truth-starved' as it is 'love-starved'  Confusion and moral relativism abound and these can easily effect our lives. So we need to strengthen our faith so that we may indeed receive it goal 'the salvation of our souls' (1 Peter 1:9). Join us for our meetings as we seek to grow in the love and truth our Lord Jesus Christ gives all those who sincerely seek.

An Amazing Gift

Gifts cannot be earned. If you work for a gift it ceases to be one. God has seen to it that man's sin and rebellion would be taken care of by His Son death and Resurrection and man's resistance and inability to love Him and others, would be taken care of by His own Spirit. These are His amazing gifts for those who are baptised and believe. Our response: be grateful and get busy 'unwrapping them' ..... continue

SOS

A testimony by Karl M

Looking back at my childhood, I can easily say that I would have made a very good definition of the word ‘naughty’. I always tried to make fun of everything, including my grandmother who used to pray the rosary – I used to consider this prayer as one of the greatest lullabies. Attending catechism classes was just a way to meet my friends and play football. I used to attend mass on Sunday just to be like everybody else and it used to be a great opportunity for me to meet some girls and maybe flirt with them after (or during) mass. ..... Read more
